On Sunday morning, I walked with George and Amber to a dog park down the street.  The field is used for soccer games when it's warm outside.   We walked around the field a couple times and Amber played with other dogs.

Laurie, Ashley, and Jane went for a car ride to look at a church and graveyard.   Robert and Oliver stayed home and formatted his new computer installing XP and Vista.  Here's some pictures of the town that Ashley took.

Here are pictures of a church and graveyard that Ashley took.   Look at the date on the tombstone in the 6th picture.

More pictures of homes and the town.

That afternoon we took Amber to Bradgate park.   It's a huge mountain with a creek running thru it, castle and deer.   George told me that Amber had to stay on a leash or else she would chase the deer.   I thought he was kidding but it turns out there were deer to see.   In the 3rd picture you can see Laurie getting help from Jane to get up the hill.    In the 2nd and 4th pictures are the great views of the country side.

Family group shots.

Off in the distance is a castle where the wife of King Henry the 8th lived and ran the UK for a few days before she was be-headed.    In the 2nd picture, you can see many people enjoying the park playing soccer.

There were deer walking thru the bushes.   They moved slowly and didn't care that people were watching.   A crowd gathered to look and take pictures.   At one point I was only a few feet away from them.

Amber went swimming in the stream and was very happy.

As we headed to the entrance of the park, we saw more deer up on a hill.     I was able to walk up close and take pictures.   In the last picture I'm only a few feet away.  For that last picture I was up against a fence that surrounded a tree, so I did have an escape route.    The deer didn't care that I was so close, and they kept moving on thru the bushes.

That night we had a party at the Green's house.   In the first picture that's Diesel.   He's a big teddy bear, always wants to play and get attention.

George cooked up some chicken on the grill while women prepared a spread.

Needless to say, the food was fantastic with everyone having a great time.

A couple pictures of Diesel getting some attention.   The party went on into the night, the kids sat around a table outside, then took some funny pictures of Amber.

End of Report.   Thanks for reading.
